Minosharp Plus 3  has three sharpening finishes (coarse, medium and fine) which are all set at an angle to give face as well as tip sharpening.  The sharpness of the knife is able to be restored due to the sharpening groove and the ceramic wheel not being parallel.

This minosharp is one of the safest and fastest ways to sharpen knives, as the presence of water enhances the entire sharpening process.

This sharpener is not suitable for serrated knives or for traditional Japanese knives which are sharpened on one side only. It is suitable for both European and Japanese-style knives. Also suitable for Global knives.
